Spring Squaw Peak Bride & Groom Session with Grace & Ethan
The Spring Squaw Peak Bride & Groom Session with Grace & Ethan was just the start of the day. About an hour later I photographed their wedding at Canyon View Park. Due to the pandemic, many Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints couples are getting married civilly, then when the Temples re-open, they are going to get sealed in the Temple. This has made a mess of my schedule, as I have some couples with 4 different event dates for engagements, bride & groom, Civil Ceremony then Temple exits.
I scouted out this location the day prior to the shoot as everything regarding the landscape of different areas are changing every day. Some places are baron, while others are just starting to get flowers. This location at Squaw peak just started to get the yellow flowers and had amazing views. I would have taken them to the top but we did not have time to get back down for the wedding. Also, the flowers on the top of the mountain were not quite ready yet.
Grace & Ethan were both super nice people and I enjoyed working with them. It's quite a short but steep climb to get to the top of this hill and wearing a beautiful wedding dress and high heels did not make it easy.
The pictures above are just a very few of my favorites from the Spring Squaw Peak Bride & Groom Session with Grace & Ethan. Enjoy!
