The snow engagement at Tibble Fork reservoir with Lisa & Lance was a blast! Lisa & Lance are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Fun and funny, and maybe a little crazy as well.
Tibble Fork reservoir is one of my favorite winter shoot locations. Its beautiful year round, but the tall pine trees and amazing snow covered mountains in the background make for some beautiful background to whatever type of photo shoot you want to do. And there is lots of variety in scenery, from the frozen lake, to a bridge, to rolling hills and pine and aspen trees. If you know where to look, Tibble fork Reservoir.
Its not a short walk up to the top of the mountain overlooking Tibble Fork reservoir, and the road was covered in about a foot of snow. But there are many places to take pictures on the way up, and the views at the top are spectacular! And the weather was not as cold as it has been, probably around 40 degrees, so it was actually a nice walk.
Lisa & Lance played around in the snow, making for some great pictures at the Snow engagement at Tibble Fork, and towards the end, they even slid down the snow covered hill, picking up a little too much speed until they were stopped by a snow bank. After they were covered in snow, we decided that we had got enough great pictures and it was time to head for home.
