Summer Tibble Fork Engagement with Lindsey & Sean
The June Tibble Fork engagement with Lindsey & Sean could not have been more perfect. It was a beautiful June afternoon around 7:00 pm when we started. I love shooting around this time in the summer. Its warm, usually clear sky's, and nice and soft lighting.
Tibble Fork, as I have said before, is one of the most versatile shooting locations in Utah. it's beautiful all but a couple months of the year, and this June evening was exceptionally beautiful. Because of our late winter, and lots of snow, the wildflowers were blooming all over the mountain. And if you know some of the hidden places that I know, you can find some beautiful purple, yellow and pink flowers.
Lindsey & Sean are very nice people. Not as talkative as some couples, but very nice. Sometimes its not what a couple says but how they look at each other that tells you how they feel about each other. And these really looked at each other in a way that you could feel the love between them.
Up in the forest we found a clearing with some purple wildflowers and I just let Lindsey & Sean play and be themselves. Sometimes that's when you get the best pictures.
My favorite part of the shoot was towards the end where we went out onto the dock. It was near 8;00 pm, the sun had gone down, and there was a mist rising from the green waters of Tibble Fork Reservoir. It was kind of translucent white, and so beautiful that I had to get some serious shots with Lindsey & Sean before the light faded.
