The Squaw Peak Bride & Groom Session with Savvy & Bryant was so beautiful it was hard to choose only ten pictures to blog. The colors at Squaw pea were the most beautiful I had aver seen. All the shades of orange, red, yellow and green were there. Ant to top it all of, a beautiful afternoon and amazing couple.
I had not been up to do a Squaw Peak bride & Groom session in a long time. I had been there in the past but it seemed like bad weather of a lack of fall colors was always a problem. The road up to Squaw Peak is not easy. At least the last half. The first half is a narrow windy road up the side of the mountain with shear drop offs on one side. The second half is a rough dirt road with lots of pot holes and ditches caused by the spring rains. If you are behind somebody going up this part of the road you can barley see as the dust fly's up and all around your vehicle, and you have to drive about 5 miles per hour.
But even with all of that, it was a perfect afternoon. We started at the top on the right hand side of the road near the tree-line. The scrub oak and aspen trees were so colorful they almost looked fake. Sweet William Floral & Design provided the flowers.
Savvy & Bryant are two very nice people and were a lot of fun to work with. They met at Fed-Ex where Bryant worked. Savvy came in to get some resumes printed and Bryant asked her out. The rest is history.
They are getting married at the Salt Lake LDS Temple on August 2nd, 2018 and i cant wait to shoot their wedding.
